Pantocrator Academy aims to be the center of excellence in education using the state of the art Homology, where the seeds of the all round development of the children are sown at an early age. We take immense pride and pleasure to present to you a report of our activities and achievements for the past one year 2021 – 22.
VISION AND MISSION
Our founder and Secretary, Mr. Ashok Kumar had the desire to create a dynamic environment to bring out the best of every student in a holistic manner. With learning’s focused on the complete development of a child. Pantocrator Academy to be the foundation for creating wise leaders rooted in their ethnicity and culture to create a better future for all. His mission is to achieve the holistic development of students through an excellent academic and physical environment that is conducive to learning, developing creativity and exploration. To create healthy, strong, disciplined, bold and competent citizens who will work for the betterment of the Nation.
He always says, “The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it away from you and education is the only key that defeats poverty of the people.”
PHILOSOPHY
We have significant accomplishments is Academic year 2021 – 22 under the dynamic, motivating and proactive leadership our Principal Mr. Fakir Chand Singh and our dear teachers.
The school focuses not only on advanced academics but also on extra – curricular and co – curricular activities. Students are trained at a very young age towards incorporating a sense of responsibility, loyalty, team spirit, and healthy competition to become graceful and dignified personalities.
This academic year began with a prayer service and all new joinees were welcomed to our school family. We have significant accomplishments in Academic year 2021 – 22 under the dynamic, motivating and proactive leadership our Principal.

CBSE RESULTS OF 2020 – 21 (CLASS 10TH)
The total number of students who appeared was 82 of which 27 passed above 90%, 21 students got between 80% - 89%, 16 students got between 70% - 79% and 13 got between 60% - 69%, 100% students passed.
CBSE RESULT OF 2020 – 21 (CLASS 12TH)
100% students passed.
We congratulate these students for their excellent performance and extend warm wishes for their bright future.
STAFF
The school continues to strive towards innovation and the latest practices in the field of Pedagogy are being continuously incorporated.
To provide additional teaching, we have :-
ENVIRONMENT EDUCATION
It is a part of the day to day lessons being taught and the aspect is stressed at regular intervals in the Assemblies.
The school has a provision of Rain water harvesting as well as other facilities as enumerated below towards it concern for environmental protection :-
- (a) Segregation of water at source and recycling and proper discharge of waste.
- (b) The school is using energy saving electrical equipments.
- (c) The school has a green look with a lot of plantation all around.
- (d) The school also uses solar energy to its best.
PARENTS’ AND TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATIONS:
A General body meeting of parents is held on a regular basis so, that proper development of children can be done properly.
ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES
Competition and academic activities that go beyond the texts books and the classrooms encourage and foster a healthy and competitive spirit and effective communication skills in the students. The activities are conducted at classroom level, school level and inter – house level. Some of these events are essay, speech, slogan competitions. Competitions are also held for poetry recitation, story writing, debates, G.K and Maths quiz completion Prizes are awarded during school assembly.
Olympiad is also conducted every year and the students perform excellently at the local as well as National level.
Science and Art exhibition are also conducted every year which dreams a lot of attractions a student’s willingly contribute to its success.

TRAINING, SEMINAR, ORIENTATION AND COUNSELING
Each year trainings, Seminars and Orientation programmes are conducted for teachers and with a dual focus to improve and effectively implement innovative ideas in teaching – learning practices as well as to take the students beyond their current level of learning.

In an effort to better themselves, a considerable numbers of our teachers have acquired degrees in B.Ed., M.Ed. as well as other professional degree in their pursuit of knowledge.
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND CELEBRATIONS
Pantocrator not only focuses upon the intellectual development of our future generation, but also takes care fo their emotional and behavioral development in their early ages of development by inculcating sound moral values, responsibility and social awareness. We are doing it through different co-curricular activities and school celebrations.

NATIONAL FESTIVALS
Independence Day, Republic Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Ambedkar Jayanti is celebrated with due reverence for our Motherland with patriotic songs and dances.
RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS
All religious festivals like Ramzan Eid, Muharram, Diwali, Ganeshotsav, Guru Nanak Jayanti etc are celebrated throughout the year with due respect to the religious sentiments of our students.
OTHER CELEBRATIONS
The school give due recognition to significant global events and celebrate these days. Some of these events are Mother’s day, Hindi Diwas, yoga day, Teachers’ day, Children’s day, Christmas.
ONLINE STUDY DURING COVID – 19
The nationwide lockdown following the Covid – 19 pandemic has led to a burst of activing with online education. The Covid – 19 has resulted in schools shut all across the world. Globally, over 1.2 billion children are out of the classroom. As a result, education has changed dramatically, with the education has changed dramatically, with the distinctive rise of e – learning whereby teaching is undertaken remotely and on digital platforms.
Pantocrator is teachers and cordinaters are regularly in contact with the students and parents and taking the online classes regularly. Students are also studying through online learning program. Apart from this, students are given various other extracurricular activities such as drawing, singing, dance etc. On day to day basis which they can carry out at their home and to encourage them we put their videos on Social Media and websites.
CONCLUSION
Before I conclude, let me assure that even though our students engaged themselves in various co-curricular and life skill activities, top priority is given to academic performance. Remedial teaching, extra classes, revisions, unit tests, class tests, assignments, project work, end of term exams have kept them busy throughout the year. I render thanks to our Principals, our Management, our teaching and non – teaching staff and my students and Parents’ who have been with us in all our activites with maximum support and co – operation with this I conclude the report.
