Registration: Registration for the next academic session opens by November of the current academic session.
Admission: Admission procedure is strictly in accordance with C.B.S.E. rules in the months – January, February and March after an entrance test followed by and interview (Class 2 to IX). There is now admission test in Junior section.
No correspondence on the performance of Candidates in the entrance test will be entertained. The decision of the Principal is final and absolute. The date of admission test is notified to the registered students by the school well in advance.
Furthermore, Admission in Std. 1 is taken after an interview where 25% seat is reserved for the unprivileged / weaker sections of the society for free education preferable in the following order SC, ST, OBC – I, OBC – II and general.
Documents required for admission:
- 3 Photographs of passport size.
- Attested copy of Birth certificate for admission in Std. – 1 from the municipality or any other authority responsible for keeping authentic record of birth.
- Transfer certificate (For Std. II onwards)
- Medical certificate by the appropriate officer if the child is with special need.
- Progress Report / Marks Sheet of previous class.
Unprivileged / Weaker section candidates:
- Apart from the other documents mentioned above, Xerox copies of the following along with the originals for attestation are also required for candidates against reserved seats.
- Income certificate
- Residential proof certificate
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
Withdrawal of Admission:
The school must be informed of withdrawal through a clear one moths notice or pay the tuition fee in lieu thereof. The school reserves the right to dismiss any student for unsatisfactory conduct, lack of diligence of progress in studies, immorality and willful violation of school regulations.
